However, there are occasions when customers need to self serve and book quickly. That is why we have set up a "Guest Checkout" when all you want to do is buy one of our courses. Here's what it's all about:
What does this mean?
With the SureSkills guest Checkout you do not have to set up an account in order to book a place on to a training course.
How do I use it?
When you reach the desired course you wish book, on the right hand side of the page you will see the upcoming dates with both Euro and Sterling options.
When you select "Guest Checkout", a pop-up appears where you input your full name, email address and phone number, as well as accept the Terms & Conditions in order to proceed to payment.
Once completed, and "Pay Now" is selected, you will be directed to the payment portal where you can enter your card details. If you are using your Mobile you will have the option to use Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Finally, when the payment has been made you will receive two emails. The first is your receipt of payment from the payment provider, and the second is confirmation that we have received your reservation. This email contains the details of your chosen course along with the following message:
"Thank you for reserving a seat on our upcoming training course as outlined below.
One of our sales team will be in contact with you, within one business day, to discuss your booking and confirm any prerequisites that may apply to this course."
A member of our sales team will be in contact with you to confirm your booking and any other necessary details.
What are the benefits?
You don't have to create an account and remember another password. It's quicker to buy your desired course - and you can always create an account later anyway.
