This is only applicable to those who are starting their ITIL journey for the first time.
If you If you have already taken the ITIL v3 Foundation course and wish to proceed with your ITIL journey you will need to attend an official ITIL 4 Foundation Bridge course. This course ensures that ITIL certified professionals can upgrade their skills without having to start from the beginning. As there are additions to the base version of the ITIL course there is no way to skip this step.
If you are close to having 17 credits from the ITIL v3 certification scheme you should look at completing your 17 credits by doing additional ITIL intermediate exams. If you complete the 17 credits you will be able to attend the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition course. If you are not close to 17 credits it may be better to go directly to ITIL 4.
