**Summary:
**
This week my guest is Joe Moriarty, CEO of Raven360, a corporate Learning Management System for Training-led Growth. They deliver personalized training experiences for customers, partners and employees in a single platform.
In our conversation we discuss how pandemic pivots have revealed new opportunities, using training-led growth to create client evangelists, and special guest Anna Bolton asks Joe what the learning will look like when she enters the workforce in six years. It’s always a pleasure to talk to Joe and this time was no exception…here is Joe Moriarty.
In this podcast, we discuss:
- How Raven360 has adapted in 2020
- Remote vs. in-person work productivity
- How pandemic pivots have led to new business opportunities
- Training-led growth and how to create experts
- How to turn customers into evangelists
- The importance of self-guided learning and engaging content
- Agile content-development processes in an iterative landscape
- And Anna Bolton quizzes Joe on what learning might look like when she enters the workforce in six years
