• A model for High Performance. Here we share a model for creating a High Performing Team, looking at the component parts and how they interlink.

• How to bring about success. Once you have the model how do you implement it? There are no quick fixes, but we outline steps that you can take that lead to success.

• We conclude with a question and answer session covering the above.

Speaker - Mike Jones

Mike has over 30 years’ experience in Leadership Consulting. He was a former Board Member of Sanders and Sidney NI Ltd, Regional Delivery Manager and Country Director for Penna in Ireland, and more recently was a Director with an independent Irish consultancy specialising in Leadership and Organisational Development. He currently looks after the Intoo UK and Ireland operation throughout Ireland.
