COVID-19 Response - SureSkills Training & Certification

Dear Customers,

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to unfold, we will be providing regular updates to all employees, contractors and customers to ensure you are kept informed of the latest developments and SureSkills’ response to the outbreak.

This week, I want to share with you the actions that we have taken to ensure the continued health and safety of our employees, contractors and customers.

As the situation can change quickly, pre-emptive action and preparedness is our best tool. Ultimately, the steps we take are grounded in the guidance issued by the HSE, Government and other agencies – however we aim to be more agile and pro-active.

These are the actions that may have a direct impact on your training course(s):

  • Temporarily closing our Training & Exam centres to the Delegates/Public from Sunday 15th until 29th March inclusive.
  • The entire sales and operations team remain available to discuss your requirements as normal
  • Moving Classroom training to Virtual delivery – where possible. Your account manager will discuss specific details with you directly.

We would like to reaffirm that we are fully committed to the health, safety and well-being of all employees, contractors and customers – given all the constraints.

In the meantime, the proactive measures outlined above should ensure that we address this situation appropriately.
